Par Package: $25 per player to be entered to win prizes

Birdie Package: $100 for 4 players to be entered to win prizes, 1 mulligan per player

Eagle Package: $150 for 4 players to be entered to win prizes, 1 mulligan per player, 2 PPMD golf shirts

Rules:
You must complete 18 holes of golf.
You are responsible for keeping your own score.
You can play on any course of your choice.
You can golf anytime, as many times, as you’d like.
Only one round of golf will count to win prizes.
