Join us at an in-person event that will include a series of 3 exciting panel discussions focused on the experiences of patients, advocates, researchers, and providers in the rare disease space. There will also be a tabling event featuring local Rare Disease Patient Advocacy Groups and specialty clinics at JH and KKI that regularly see patients with rare conditions. This event is an opportunity to bring together key stakeholders in the Rare Community for an educational, inspiring, and fun celebration!
