
Supported Decision-Making Training for Professionals with People On the Go Maryland

Adults in Maryland with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) can use supported decision-making to get support to understand, consider, and make decisions themselves. This webinar is for professionals who work with youth/young adults with IDD. In this webinar we will discuss:
- What is Supported Decision-Making
- How to build skills and confidence in youth and young adults
- Explain the roles of the supporter and decision maker
- Tools for support, real life examples, and lived experience
