Virtual Community Forum on Life, Health and Estate Planning Documents

In the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, too many hard-working Maryland residents are facing extraordinary financial and legal issues, which are already straining the limits of our civil justice system. To help Maryland residents address and resolve these issues, the Maryland Attorney General and Maryland Access to Justice Commission launched the COVID-19 Access to Justice Task Force. The Task Force is hosting a series of Virtual Community Forums in order to help Marylanders impacted by COVID-19 navigate the civil legal justice system.

What: Virtual Community Forum on Life, Health and Estate Planning Documents ​

This program will explain the different types of legal documents available for handling one’s personal and legal affairs during a time of illness and the steps that should be taken to provide for one’s family at death.
