Crystal is the Family Partner Supervisor to Region 2 at The Parents’ Place of Maryland, where she focuses on supporting families of youth with behavioral health needs and diagnoses. She is dedicated in leading a team of Family Partners to provide support to families and the community. She has background in being a Certified Family Peer Support Specialist, Peer Recovery Specialist for Mobile Crisis, 988 Ambassador and was involved in Training and Development at Johns Hopkins. Crystal also brings lived experience with her own family who have a wide array of behavioral health needs. She is passionate about building connections, providing resources, empowering families to advocate for themselves, and supporting parents in the day to day life of their children.
