Josseline joined The Parents’ Place of Maryland in 2025 as the Staff Accountant and HR Specialist. Josseline earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Towson University in 2017. She then went on to work for the federal government for seven years in Department of Defense contract auditing with a focus on nonprofit auditing. Her expertise in financial oversight and her passion for non-profit community impact has brought her to the PPMD team. Originally from Washington, D.C., Josseline now lives in Maryland with her husband and two boys.
