Kim is proud to serve the PPMD team as the Family Partner Behavioral Health Specialist for Anne Arundel County. She brings over five years of human services experience, with a strong commitment to supporting children and families navigating disabilities and complex healthcare needs. As a mother of three grown children, Kim also brings valuable lived experience raising children with diverse needs from mental health challenges to ADHD. This blend of professional expertise and personal insight allows her to approach families with deep empathy, understanding the challenges of a difficult journey—or simply the need for extra support along the way. Kim’s mission is to empower families by providing resources to inform and educate caregivers that will enhance their quality of life.
