Lamisah joins the PPMD team as a Volunteer Coordinator. She is currently attending Howard Community College part-time with hopes of graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. In the past school year, she worked to ensure the health and safety of children from grades K-5 as a nursing assistant apprentice at Fulton Elementary School. Following her experience, she received certification as a Nursing Assistant. As a middle child in a big family of 10, she enjoys working with children whether that be through community volunteer work for summer camps and extracurricular activities or through work-related projects. She hopes to serve and make a difference in her community every step of the way throughout both her career and academic journey.
