Ronda brings extensive experience supporting families of children and youth with behavioral health needs. Before joining PPMD, she served as a Services and Support Coordinator, leading a multidisciplinary team assisting families of children with autism and mental health challenges. Previously, she worked as a Family Peer Support Specialist, with a focus on transitional-aged youth, and as Lead Family Coordinator for the SAMHSA Transitional Age Youth Grant in Prince George’s County, where she provided direct support, resource navigation, and system advocacy. Drawing on her lived experience as both a Child of a Parent with a Mental Illness (COPMI) and a parent, Ronda is committed to amplifying family voice, promoting equitable access to services, and fostering partnerships among families, professionals, and communities. Her mission is to ensure no family feels alone.
