Her career has included roles such as Direct Support Professional, CCS, Director of Quality Enhancement, and Person-Centered Plan Administrator, where she has been committed to promoting dignity, independence, and high-quality, person-centered care. She holds a certification in Early Childhood Development and has spent several years working with infants and school-aged children, supporting their developmental growth and early learning. Her work reflects a strong dedication to nurturing individuals across different aspects of their lives. In addition to her professional experience, her lived experience has shaped her compassionate and advocacy-driven approach. She has supported family members navigating substance use and mental health challenges and has played an active role in developing and advocating for Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This perspective enhances her ability to connect with individuals and families while navigating complex support systems.
