Christina (Tina) Andrews is the proud mother of five amazing children who are unique individuals with disabilities. She is their cheerleader and ardent supporter. Additionally, she has built her career in nonprofit management and education for 20 years working with a number of organizations including working as a project coordinator with the Parent Information Center of Delaware, as a teacher of students with Autism in Delaware and Maryland, in library services serving children and young adults, and as a doula and home birth midwife. She joined the PPMD in 2025 as a Family Partner – Behavioral Health Specialist. She is a long time resident of Cecil County, MD and is excited to partner with parents and professionals to bring much needed services and resources to the county.
