prepare parents of youth age 14 for transition after high school. Got a 14-year-old? Sign up! Have a
youth ages 15-21? Sign up! This training is for you!
This training includes Charting the LifeCourse Tools to help you navigate the transition process
and is FREE!
During this training, parents will…
• Gain an understanding of their changing role;
• Complete homework individualized to their youth;
• Develop a customized Vision and Action Plan.
