Baby LEADers
Apply now to be part of PPMD’s FREE Baby LEADers training program. This training is for parents/guardians of children ages birth-5 whose child has a suspected or diagnosed developmental delay or disability. The program includes topics such as:
• Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
• Transition from Early Intervention Services to Special Education
• Individualized Education Program (IEP)
• Developmental Milestones and Recommended Practices
• Leadership and Advocacy
All sessions will be held online via Zoom.
IMPORTANT DATES
February 10, 2023: Application due
February 17, 2023: Applicants will be notified of acceptance
February 28, 2023: Mandatory Orientation (choice of 12-1pm or 7-8pm)
The series will be held on five Saturdays from 9:30am-12:00pm:
• March 25, 2023
• April 1, 2023
• April 15, 2023
• April 22, 2023
• April 29, 2023
There will be two networking sessions from 7:00pm-8:00pm:
• April 11, 2023
• April 25, 2023
