Baby LEADers

Apply by February 18th, 2022 to be part of PPMD’s VIRTUAL Baby LEADers training program. This
FREE training is for parents/guardians of children ages birth‐5 whose child has a
suspected or diagnosed developmental delay or disability. The program includes topics
such as:

Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
– Transition from early intervention services to special education
– Individualized Education Program (IEP)
– Developmental milestones
– Leadership and advocacy

All sessions will be held online via Zoom.

Participants
must be able to attend all five sessions and an orientation webinar;
networking sessions are optional but highly recommended.

Learn American Sign Language at your own pace with a fun online course taught by ASL professionals.

The Signing Time Foundation also offers a program that provides free access to this course for families with deaf or hard-of-hearing children under age three (36 months). To apply for their My Deaf Child program, parents can fill out the short application at www.mydeafchild.org.
